• If this is an existing design you commissioned, or drew up yourself, you can just send me the photo with your idea of approximate size and placement.

• If this is a custom piece, please provide the following info in your message:

1. Approximate size (it doesn’t have to be exact, I just need to know a rough proportion)

2. Placement

3. A description of theme and/or ideas

4. Any reference pictures/moodboards you have

 

You can request a free Zoom consultation with me if you have questions, or want to discuss your ideas in detail with me. I will also offer a meeting if I feel like this piece is too complicated to communicate via texting. The meeting will last 30-45 minutes, I will brainstorm with you and draw up some drafts according to the information you provided.

 

A draft will be sent to you a few days before our appointment, for you to confirm the flow, general design, and colors used. At this stage, you can make any major changes you want, and I won’t finalize anything until you approve the design. However, I will proceed to finish the drawing without your approval if you don’t get back to me within 36 hours after I send in the draft, because if I wait any longer I won’t have enough time to work on the drawings. 

 

I will show you the final design when you show up for the appointment, and you will have another chance to make changes on details, such as color, angle of character’s hair/hands/fingers, small adjustment to proportions and sizes, adding a few simple elements. Any big changes may result in extra charge.

 

*Please be straight forward with anything you dislike and want to make changes in a commissioned design, I won’t take offense to it. It is more important that you like a design that’ll be on you forever, than pleasing me by telling me it looks perfect. The extra charge is to make sure my time spent on drawing is paid off, not to punish you for wanting something different.*​

 

I will typically get back to you with a rough quote within 48 hrs. 

Feel free to send another message if I don’t get back to you - I’m just one person running the website, checking all the DMs and emails, so sometimes I’ll forget to respond. It doesn’t mean I don’t want to work with you.
